Returns and Replacements:

All sales are final. Due to the nature of our product we do not offer refunds or exchanges, except in the case of receipt of damaged products. 

DAMAGED ORDERS:
For damaged item(s),contact us at: support@leceline.com with your order number and a hashtag in front of it in the SUBJECT LINE. (e.g.: SUBJECT LINE: #1023).
Please also include photos of the damaged item to ensure quick processing.

DOMESTIC DELIVERY TIME - STANDARD SHIPPING

Time in transit depends on the shipping method selected, please reference the above chart for additional information. Please note that time in transit does not include weekends or holidays. All delivery times are estimates. LE CÉLINE is not responsible for delays in delivery due to events beyond our control, including shortage of materials, labor strikes, transportation failures or acts of nature.


REFUSED PACKAGES
A $35 Non-Delivery Fee will be charged for refused shipments. The Non-Delivery fee will be charged to the payment form selected during checkout, and will be subtracted from any refund or store credit.

WHAT IF MY PACKAGE GETS LOST OR DAMAGES?
LE CÉLINE is not responsible for lost or damaged returns or packages. It is the customers responsibility to follow all directions - if the package is sent back to you with postage due, it is the customers responsibility. LE CÉLINE will not reimburse additional charges.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
For international orders, we cannot guarantee that you will or will not be charged any customs taxes or duties. Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
If you have created a login with us, you may track your order directly in your account by logging in here and visiting the order status page.

Once your payment is approved, you will receive an e-mail when your order has been processed (may take up to 48 hours). You will also receive a second e-mail once your order has shipped which will include your tracking number and a link to check the journey of your Velour lashes.

Important note: If there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the courier directly prior to contacting us. Please allow 24 – 72 hours for the tracking information to show.
